JTBadBug Posted January 28, 2007 Report Share Posted January 28, 2007 Well another hard week of dieting and nothing to show for it I have been strict all week regarding my food intake and yet, this morning I jumped on the scales and still I weighed the same as 2 weeks ago...I will persist though...I AM going to lose the weight that I want to...I will not give up. So, today I was still 10 stone 9 pounds....149 pounds for the non brits.Oh well, roll on next week...in saying that I shall be on holiday next week so I may have to weigh in early....Friday morning will be my next weigh in. Jane thank u jane! .. u can do it1 im surprised i managed to lose any weight because my underactive thyroid keeps my metabolism low but i think coming off the mirtazipine has helped. also iv been drinking a soya smoothie with protein powder every day and it really fills me up so thats helped too.. its from holland and barrett and has spirulina and vitamins and fibre in it to fill u up. hugs ivy xx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However at the moment i have a stinking cold so i am not even going there on the diet front. Anyway what am i on about i don't need to diet i just need to be 6 foot tall . How is everyone else doing? Congratulations Lloydy...I can't do gyms...I don't like doing anything in public...well not in an enclosed space..I don't like cycling alone...that is why dog walking is so effective...you are with your best pal. I live about 5 miles away from the local dogs home, but, I am worried that I will fall in love with them all and want to bring them home. I am hoping to have another pup this year...I lost the last one in August...I am just waiting for the breeder to tell us when the puppies are due. One day I still may volunteer to help out with the dogs...I love being around them. Since I stopped walking my dog I have put on nearly 2 stone...and...it is going to come back off...I hate being big now. Sorry about all the inconsistency of my being.I havent weighed myself for weeks and have been eating like a horse so doubtful there is any weight loss.
