1. I cleaned the kitchen - well not perfectly but still

2. I made dinner for the family

3. I always go to work

Can't find anything else because it's been a shitty week but I thought I had to find at least 3 things :rolleyes:

ok I'll give this ago.

1. I'm managing to keep my home clean and tidy (not much but can sometimes seem so hard to me)

2. I'm managing to go out daily even if its just the walk to my parents house and then a lift home Im out!!

3. Managing to pay all my bills on time.

ok thats all i can think of for now lol. Their little things but have been in the control of other people for a long time and although i still have help im starting to do somethings myself.

1. I keep following my diet and I feel healthier and losing extra weight (Unfortunatelly on the butt and legs, not my belly lol)

2. I forced myself to go into a Broadcasting course and yesterday was my first day and I loved it!+

3. My house is still clean, yes!

4. I am staying away from "evil" men and I am enjoying it

5. I keep being optimistic about this year

Part of homework from my T...so give it a shot too! Here's mine:

1. I did great today taking a day trip & taking a drive on my own

2. I am posting on here and venting--good job, Me!

3. I didn't spend a whole lot of money, but got out into nature & stuff.

4. I made myself dinner instead of spending money.

5. I talked to one of my friends about my feelings and it made me feel better.

YOUR TURN!

1. I am a youth group leader.

2. I studied last night and today.

3. I am preparing for the lenten season.

4. I made a list of things I need to get together for the wedding.

5. And when my heart hurt so bad I turned to God and my Fiance instead of my blades.

That was alittle more difficult than I thought it would be. It is a good exercise.

2. Looking at new ways to approach old problems

3. Trying to go out more (I mean past the mailbox)

4. Being able to self-soothe

5. Hanging in there with work, therapy, & staying safe

1. Took hot bath and relaxed w/ music!

2. Painted nails and toenails! pink too! :)

3. Ate dinner well! yay!

4. Made myself nice cup of tea while studying

5. Had friend come over to help with writing paper

1. I ate a wholesome healthy breakfast

2. I did yoga for quite some time, a good half hour at LEAST

3. I got lots of things done over spring break that I needed to get done

4. I feel calm, cool and fairly collected.

5. I worked on homework. :)

3. Arranged some viewings of properties

4. Arranged to see the wedding venue

5. Saw the vicar and book proviosonal dates and times.

5. Reaching out to my support network in the smallest of ways to make big changes. Whoohoo. :)

1. worked on take home final for class

2. washed face before i went to bed tonight--did not pick at face. good wabbit.

3. took friend's son out for food when she wasn't feeling well, good friend i am to her.

4. went to all of my classes today

5. attempted to study for math exam coming up

6. remained calm in a relationship type situation and didn't freak out

7. did excellent job talking about my feelings to myself

8. basically, i just rock all around. :) woohoo.

1. I wanted to drink vodka and be angry/hurt but I took a shower, put on suncream and enjoyed the sun rays :)

2. I didn't beat myself up today over 'people rejecting me'. It's not me, it's THEM. I can't deal with people's neurosis any longer.

3. I'm seeing positives and looking towards recovery.

4. I was a nurse to myself today and I enjoyed looking after myself.

5. I got to 1000 posts, I have done my best to be kind to others through them and to make some friends and cause some smiles/flickers of hope.

2. coping excellent with this whole 'dating' scene. gosh, who knew i could be so calm, level headed and normal about it all.

3. staying caught up with studies

4. really studying hard for math exam, should do well on it.

5. did laundry today and cooked meals. :)

1 - joined this forum! :D

2 - ate a whole meal with out pureging

3 - finally ended all contact with my father and his family

4 - phoned my mum to try and re-bulid our relationhip

5 - played in the sun with my dog an cat and reaxed for once!

  1. I've been holding down a job again, this last year.
  2. Accepting that I need to rest and recuperate, even if that means not being able to do anything but veg & sleep.
  3. Increasing my social interactions in the last 6 months.
  4. Accepting the end of my 8 year relationship a little more each day.
  5. Not falling into crisis.
