1. Presented myself well at job interview today

2. Prayed and have been thinking positively about interview before during and after. Praying like a mad woman. Don't really know to whom, but I just know I don't want to mess up my life again. I want reliability, I want something concrete. I don't want to go through life anymore screwing up every chance I get like I seem to do at times.

3. Ate dinner, made breakfast for tomorrow morning.

4. Went and got help on math homework

5. Turned off radio and just prayed and drove in silence for a change on the way home.

1. I call my mom when I'm feeling happy as well as feeling bad. It helps us both.

2. I figured out something that really helps me when I feel depressed.

3. I listened to music that helps me feel better instead of wallowing in depression because I think I deserve it.

4. I know how to communicate (to my mom anyway, but perhaps also other people if I'm not mistaken) that I don't need help solving my problems or making the hurt go away. I need help waiting it out until I can solve them/deal with my hurt myself.

5. I'm working with my mom to figure out what works.

3).I've bought enough food for a week,in 1 big shopping spree.

4). I'm choosing whether to watch TV today, or do some stuff in the garden, whilst its not raining.

5). I can see that making a choice is a good thing, neither answer is wrong.

6). I'm also adding( cos I've just realised) I can do a little of each! Thats a huge step, its not all of one thing and nothing of the other!

This one seems a bit harder, but I am giving it a shot.

1. Using my DBT skills - sitting with painful emotions, riding them like a wave

2. I am choosing not to drink when I can tell I am feeling bad = Drinking when I feel bad is bad drinking  .

3. I am adhering to my rule of no contact with my bf, good for me.

4. Not calling in sick. Am on time most days, even working some extra hours here and there.

5. Doing really well at adjusting to being completely med free.

That took about as long as I thought it would, it was hard to think up 5

1. I had supper with my family.

2. I am working things out (hopefully) with my dad. and taking my time with it. this shouldn't be rushed.

3. Today, I was able to do what I learnt in DBT. I did it! And it helped!

4. Since I was kicked out, I have learnt so much. I realize that, even though it's hard, I don't think I'd take that away because I like who I am now better.

5. I realize that there is hope for me, after all. And I think I'll like who I am when I've gone through the DBT.
