I've found myself unable to do much recently due to extreme comparing of the symmetry of different objects. It's crippling my ability to work.Anyone else have trouble at work due to this disorder? james25 Posted March 14, 2008 Report Share Posted March 14, 2008 hi, i'm sorry to hear your having a bad time working at the moment. i had to quit my job because of ocd. i used to be a fork lift opperator and picker/packer. a lot of my job involved me picking orders e.g picking say 100 bolts from a box. when i opened a box to pick the order i had to keep checking the box to make sure there was nothing else in there. in the end i had to ask my supervisor to check for me. try not to let ocd get to you too much. keeping calm in these situations always helps.
