I usually have multiple thoughts at the same time so alot of what I do and say reflects this. All my actions are always positive, My meanings are always good (dammit mirtazipine) I have a proces that helps me with decisions and actions, It goes like this. I look at the information, ask questions if there isn't enough to continue. I look at all the possible actions/choices. I look at the possible outcomes. I am an emotional person too, I find if I can't go through the process I lose control and breakdown. Also It allows me to adapt to changes easily. Its more to do with stressful situations or situations with more variables involved. I can make a cup of tea without going throught the whole process as the outcome is either tea or no tea. I spent most of the time tottering about because of either the mirtazipine, hunger, an ear infection or all three Not comfortable but I made it.
