Appt was at 10, so was in a state when i woke up at 10 to 10 and had to race to get dressed and order taxi. ....sometimes im grateful that cc is reliably unreliable and often runs late!! Got an appt on 2nd of jan at 2:30 with a therapist to discuss therapy options, see which will be best suited to me. They've also just got relevant funding to run a STEPPS course here in the new year, which is an option for me also. Im feeling so positive about this!!! I just need to now relax and enjoy xmas and new year (well, try to lol), and then once the new year is in, i dont have long to wait at all until i should be getting the support i need. Eeeee!!
