donnam
i have now got over my chest infection so i am going to start my diet pills today . i am not classed as obese but am over weight, so i was happy when gp prescribed them! he told me not to get over internet (which i had no intention of doing), because they could be toxic with my other meds but the ones he gave me are safe with meds i use. i want to lose 4 stone, and am trying to eat healthier too, but meds i am on are making it hard to lose weight, so hope the pills will help. i want to fit into my sixe 8 (uk size) clothes again instead of size 16! hopefully i will get there in time. cad

JasmineRose
One step at a time.. Changing diet can make so much difference - lots of veggies, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, dairy alternatives, etc.

ILostHer
they are orlistat. but check with your gp first if thinking of using them too ilosther Mine is my eating disorder than immediately jumps on any way to lose weight. My gp or psych wouldn't let me have them but just wondered if I could get them elsewhere. Sorry that sounds really bad. I hope it goes well for you x
