Hello there :D

Finally got round to sorting some pictures out. I'm apparently not smart enough to work out how to insert images, so here are the links for now. The first is a test picture of a miniature, still need to work out the lighting, but it's not too bad. The rest are from a recent game with a friend. Excuse the unpainted scenery and bare table.

Thank you for the lovely comments both of you :D

Walker - Yep, they're Warhammer, I've been into it since I was a kid, though I'm just a big kid now.

I'll try and sort some more photos out tonight.

Amazing Gandalf, so detailed and love the commitment involved in painting them! Definitely want to see more :)

Hello Ash, I cannot open your link, my equipment can't handle it :(

I'm sorry, I wanted to see what you have been creating! will keep trying though!

Also do you mind, if you have time, to fill in my gaps, about Zelda? So I can see, if I do know but forgot, or maybe am missing something cool, that I could get into.

well wishes, moonbeambethxxx

Thank you SeriousKid! Praise coming from someone with your talent is awesome! I tried doing that, still no luck :/

Aww no Beth, I wonder why it won't open. I'll think about it I can show you another way. I could email them to you as attachments maybe?

More than happy to, glad you asked! The legend of Zelda is a long running game series, one of Nintendos exclusive properties. I believe the first game was released in the late eighties, on the NES. You play always play as a protagonist who is always the same superficially, but various backgrounds have been created and there is, on the whole, no continuity between the games. Now, I mentioned the Deku Tree, who I think only appeared in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which was on the N64. He was a sentient tree who lived at the heart of the village you were raised in. He was very wise and offered councel to those who needed it. He's incredibly important for starting off your journey.

Sorry, that wasn't too straightfoward. I hope it made sense. Happy to answer any questions about it :)

Thank you, oh wow, its the magical world of gaming...of which I know nothing...

With people like me, that only discovered 'the sims city' two years ago, and then went all obsessive building a whole, continent, you of the gaming community are a mystery to me....it is all so complicated to me...do you play on the forums with other people?

I will later be searching for images of this Zelda, and the Deku tree...

My equipment is just old and slow...but one week ago, I did not know this...I do now!

Can you see my Email out here? happy to post it to you.

well wish Moonbeambethxxx

Hey Beth,

Hope you find it interesting! I don't tend to play with other people often, though sometimes I'll do some co-op stuff over the internet. Sim city is a pretty good starting place, I still love city simulators like that. I think the first game I played was the first Sonic the hedgehog, I was about six or seven.

If you'd like to PM me you're email address, I'll send the images as attachments, which should hopefully work :D

I keep building models and not painting them, this can spiral out of control really fast and leave me feeling overwhelmed :(

Thank you all :D Really appreciate the feedback! It really helps keep me motivated.

Thanks SK, I think you mean the landspeeder. That's my second favourite model so far. It's really fun painting tanks and larger vehichles, lots of places to add weathering, rust and dirt! I'm happy with the burn effects on the engines, but I don't think it's too clear on the pictures.
