HollyJean
I'm over 50. I've raised 2 daughters by myself with no help from family or friends. I've been casually diagnosed as bi-polar. (The doctor siagnosed me in 2 visits). However, this week I discovered that the symptoms of BPD fit me perfectly. My daughters are tired of me & are away at college. I've been living in my vehicle for 18 months. I have 2 dogs who are my best friends, my only family, my comfort, and my protection. My depression is dark, loney, and fierce. I don't know where to turn to begin to heal I'm exhausted beyond words.
Kimboski
Hello Holly, I'm sorry I can't offer you real, tangible and practical advice. Apart from, I guess, do not give up. the people that diagnosed you casually.....can you not go back to them for more help? I wish you all the best.
