Anxiety relief, sleep disorders

Recommended Posts

Ricky76

As a medical assistant, working night shifts and countless rotating shifts, I've always struggled to maintain some sense of normality in my life. However, I’ve been suffering from anxieties and sleep disorders for more than 10 years, with no significant improvements. Approximately 2 years ago, a friend introduced me to this breakthrough audio technology, brainwave entrainment and after I've done my research in the area I've decided to give it a shot. I can't even begin to tell how much the sound therapy has helped with my condition, this is definitely something that I will continue to listen to and introduce it to my family and friends. I've been using the audio mental programs almost constantly, namely the Optimal Health track that really did the trick for me.

Stress or anxiety cause a serious night without sleep. Insomnia is the clinical term for people who have trouble falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, waking too early in the morning, or waking up feeling unrefreshed.

Alternately, you may be too distressed by fears or troubling thoughts, which may prevent you from getting a good night's sleep. Insomnia can be a common symptom of other mood disorders. Bipolar disorder, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder can all cause sleep problems.

Hello

If you have sleep trouble, try to lay a normal time in the range of 7-8h, it very matters.

Also, your symptoms sound very likely to fibromyalgia, so you can try to sleep on the most convenient, soft mattress. For example check this article, to choose one, which suits you in the best way! Personally, I like an ultimate dreams one :)
