I'm 31yr old female, diagnosed with BPD and OCD and in a stable-ish recovery from anorexia. Been "unwell" most my life and been hospitalized a couple of times in acute care. This year I started attending private therapy and i'm trying to get my life on some kind of track but finding it incredibly hard to make any headway or move forward. Apart from my fairly damning mental health service user resume I am an aspiring (Pray to one day be) occupational therapist who also loves the arts.
