I am beginning to be mindful of the different parts of my personality : the vulnerable child, the angry protector, the punitive parent and the healthy adult. DBT unfortunately did not work for me and i pay privately for ST. The therapist gave me a low rate. I can recommend some books even if you are not having ST, I have found then very helpful.
