I've had MH difficulties for years - 20 and counting. Around 15 years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar, which has been changed this week to schizoaffective disorder; this feels a bit scary if I'm being honest, but it is a better fit for my symptoms, which increasingly involved various forms of psychosis. I'm currently back on the med-y-go-round, having thought I'd found a good combination when in hospital before Christmas just gone.
