ladylazurus27
I've been trying to find books, movies and such on recovering from mental illnesses. It's kind of strange because I went to two HUGE book stores and spent time on the internet looking for books that cover the "concept" of recovery from mental illnesses. I've found that there really is nothing out there. There are specific books on recovering from PTSD, tramua, sexual abuse, etc...but none on "what to expect" from the process of recovering from a mental illness. I find this disturbing. Does anyone know of any books out there on this topic or other resources like movies or something that apply?
