jezzie_jay Posted September 9, 2014 Report Share Posted September 9, 2014 just wondering, has anyone had electro convulsive therapy before? and if so, what was your experience like? did it help? were there any side effects? i keep coming back to it, and wondering if it might help me. there's only so many pills i can try and only so many times i can be told "if you think positive, youll be happy". whenever i tell anyone id consider ECT, they just think im insane (duh), so id really appreciate an opinion from someone with experience, rather than just from happy normal people who dont understand me.
