I know someone underactive who finds if she eats fish and does a lot of shoulder stands it helps. I used to do a lot of yoga (back bends being good for depression etc) and I know that shoulder stands are really good for stimulating the thyroid, as are a lot the inverted postures. Unfortunately without one, I cannot do anything to improve mine, but if you haven't tried, it might be a good way of helping you to feel better.Perhaps,QO.
