I had a major moodcrash just before pretty much being "almost" diagnosed with BPD last week (long story...) and I still feel a little shaky and unsteady but for the most part I feel like I'm getting back onto my feet. When am i going to feel better? constant headache, lethargic. i didn't even ask doc, he called me!! He must be psychic-or my CPN has spoken to him saying i have canvelled appointments due to being unwell.
