I now want to rush to cat sanctuary and adopt 15 of the little mites.....my cat Magic would not be impressed though. When I was little our dog tried to adopt the new-born kittens; she would carry them very gently to the room with the open fire and wash them for ages. Mother cat would them come back, get very cross, and carry them all back to the airing cupboard and wash them again...those poor kittens were soaking wet from overwashing for 4 weeks!
