MUSIC IS MY THERAPY!I listed to a variety of music, as I live a varied life. Someone said they listened to 'sad' music, are you sure this isn't being confused with soulful music, and the sadness is there because it taps into what you're really feeling? I love music, in the words of Primal Scream, 'we know rhythm & blues and jazz, we know that music is music', although I do believe meaningless music is a waste of air vibrations. Do you play music to suit your mood, or to change it, that is always a question that pops up?

usually bbc news 24. odd i know. but i find it calming.

love U2 esp this one ..where the streets have no name..

I wanna run

I want to hide

I wanna tear down the walls

That hold me inside

I wanna reach out

And touch the flame

Where the streets have no name

Ha...ha...ha...

I want to feel

Sunlight on my face

I see the dust cloud disappear

Without a trace

I want to take shelter from the poison rain

Where the streets have no name

Ho...ha...

Where the streets have no name

Where the streets have no name

We're still building

Then burning down love

Burning down love

And when I go there

I go there with you

It's all I can do

The city's aflood

And our love turns to rust

We're beaten and blown by the wind

Trampled in dust

I'll show you a place

High on a desert plain

Where the streets have no name

Where the streets have no name

Where the streets have no name

We're still building

Then burning down love

Burning down love

And when I go there

I go there with you

It's all I can do

Our love turns to rust

We're beaten and blown by the wind

Blown by the wind

Oh, and I see our love

See our love turn to rust

Oh, we're beaten and blown by the wind

Blown by the wind

Oh, when I go there

I go there with you

It's all I can do

at the moment i'm listening to this loudly.

its helping me focus, helping to bring my inner anger out which would otherwise just fester and turn to depression. grounding me in the sense i feel a connection to something and so preventing me from getting lost and disappearing into myself. music is indeed therapy! x
