paddypotty
Didnt go to my mums and hey presto suddenly feel much better. Resisted the urge to take stored meds out and look on them as a way to escape, next step is throwing them away. Enjoyed the rain, the sunshine and just life in general. Felt my grandchild move for the first time, wish I could frame that moment. Didnt over react when someone told me some horrible lies and used me in some warped game, resisted the urge to slap her when I met her today. Over all Ive been doing ok,pats own back and smiles stupid smile. Patricia
Claire
Survived what I can only describe as psychosis (voices) Stopped my first genuine suicide attempt in 12 years. Managed to be completely honest with my GP about the voices. Just about to go and run in the woods, even though I am terrified to leave the house right now. I haven't actually done it yet but I am about to so it kind of counts! :)

Swan
This is a really big one for me. I saw my friend F (male) after nearly a month of forcing myself not to contact him too much or too obsessively (my most destructive relationship pattern) He was really glad to see me, said that I had sounded so much better on the phone the other night, said that I was looking really gorgeous and that we would definitely see one another more often. Also that he was certain that I'd be getting back to work successfully and that I'd beat this. I am SO proud of myself for resisting the temptation to think that ruining another friendship didn't matter if I could just have the immediate gratification of hearing his voice. It is REAL progress for me.
LadyMacbeth
I had a very open and honest conversation with my T and told her everything I felt and she was very honest with me. :)
CathE
(((Emma))) It's hard isn't it? Than after the first time it's easier to be honest when you realise the T won't judge you. Well done. Cath. x
Katherine
I am stronger, because my therapist and I are really really getting to the roots with compassion and understanding..... ...and, most of all just now, because of that I have just finished doing something I haven't done since the beginning of March.... I CLEANED MY BEDROOM.... You know, properly, vacuum (several times!), dust, rearrange plants etc, give plants a cool shower under the shower, clean mirror and window, tidy under bed... I am very proud of myself.... Katie
