I don't want any comments about how stupid I am-I already know. Weighed myself last week and set myself a goal to lose 2lb. Have excercised a bit more,eaten less,binged less...BUT... I have weighed myself on new scales and they say I have lost only 3/4 of a pound. Don't know how this can be I'm devastated-I've done everything right...what gives. Maybe its because Ive had to start taking laxatives again and I have water retention. That's prob it. That's it anger and rant over. Sorry Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Best advice (which I should take myself) and you prob know and won't I'd to ditch the scales and listen to your body. Very hard I know.
