Katya
I've just started it and I'm finding it really useful so far. Would love to hear other people's accounts of how it's helped them. "Mentalization based therapy (MBT) is a specific type of psychodynamically-oriented psychotherapy designed to help people with borderline personality disorder (BPD). Its focus is helping people to differentiate and separate out their own thoughts and feelings from those around them." Just some questions: How's it helped you? What's been the hardest thing?
