Alcohol

My alcohol "prob" has been on for a few months now, and I start feeling rellay bad physical effects. When I go running (should say plodding), after 2-3 miles I get an accute pain somewhere in my belly. Nothing to do with cigarettes, I used to run while smoking, it was bad, but not as bad as now.

I freak out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to STOP, sooner rather than later

What's the point going on therapy to put my mind as right as possible if I keep destroying myself physically????

I get paranoid, and I think I am heading for a cancer??!!!! or something

????????????????? Bad and stupid girl

Just don't beat yourself up. Lots of people self-medicate with alcohol when things are real bad. Keep on course with the therapy, you can use it to dig yourself out of the hole. I wouldn't get extremely worried about the effects of alcohol on your body after a few weeks of abusing it. I know people who have done it for fifty years and didn't get cancer or cirrosis. You will notice some fatigue etc. if you are athletic though, try to back off on the A and keep with the therapy.
