Bpd & Me

Making musings on BPD for my 300th post.

Yes, yes, I have BPD. Dx 1999. Sure it has been difficult.

It still is. Hard. Especially night times. Especially down times.

I would say, it s being managed...the best since dx.

With medications, sharing, BPDworld, friends, family and all

The most important of which, is ME.... (which IS the problem in the 1st place!)

But never underestimate...crashes are no fun at all.

Taking control of my emotions, trying to surpress or express them,

Reconciliation with past abuse, pains, sorrows, abandoment

Keeping the lid on suicidal thoughts

Reighing in the sense of hopelessness, meaninglessness of living

Stopping the spiralling effects of depression, depressive thoughts

Capping away the WHYs and moving on, living each moment

As torturous as it is, is all part and parcel of my daily affairs.

I wish all the best.

Depression needs no company.
