Vicky
.... not to come off seroxat without a doctor's help? Lol I accidentally found out why! I tried reducing my dose myself to very other day, but I'm not too good at taking pills regularly so sometimes it was every other day, sometimes every 3 etc. Started having constant migraines, nausea etc the other week and of course when you're ill (or when I'm ill, anyway) I tend to forget about taking pills. So I felt really dodgy for about 2 weeks before twigging that it was withdrawal!!!So a word to the wise - listen to the doctors on this one and don't try coming off it!!
realscape
I came off it too suddenly. I agree with your experiences Vicky and with what you say, but if you come off completely and expect that as a natural part of the process then there is nothing unusual except a couple of weeks of minor discomfort.
