realscape Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 I used to 'self-medicate' off the back of anger. Then found out I was using anger as my only emotion so in fact it was really about 100 other emotions such as disappointment, fear, frustration, etc. Now, I try to figure out what emotion I'm actually having rather than just feeling angry.
