If I can give them up, after over 30 years being on them and adicted to them, I'm sure anybody can, although I can't and won't say it's not easy. I used to take them like sweeties, Librium, Valium, Temazapm, as many as I could get, and from wherever I could get them. Never ming mg's, I must have had Kilo's over the years and I have strong views on them that I would rather not go into in detail on this site as so many members here take them, suffice to say though, while I feel they help with the emotional pain we suffer, (they did for me), they don't help, in fact delay recovery. IMOMy 2 pennyn worth on Benzos (((((((ALL)))))))PhilP.S.
