I mean talkin about whats making you go back and 'crash'. It kinda helped me. If all else fails eat chocolate!! Daisy Posted November 16, 2004 Report Share Posted November 16, 2004 Sorry your feeling a little down, I understand how u feel, well I think i do..if that makes sense it happeneds o me lots. The best thing is to talk to your T/Dr's/Psyc whomever you have for close support and let them know. Noticing these things EARLY helps and the fact that YOU can see the warning sign yourself is a good thing. So now time to put in place things to avoid the crash.
