Martin
Has anyone, who has cut down on zopiclone, found dreams are more vivid and disturbing once it's cut out of their "diet".Had one earlier today, and to be honest it's spooking me so much that I dont want to sleep again. And this was one of the problems in the first place.....Is that circle really vicious?Spliffy

realscape
Yeah I have really awful nightmares when using / not using zopiclone. Also when withdrawing from caffeine which I'm totally addicted to.The most recent was that I woke in a strange bedroom and then realised that someone was in bed with me, cuddling me from behind. When I turned around I realised it was my (same sex) doctor. I looked down to see I was wearing underwear that was not mine. She had dressed me in her underwear but I had no recollection of how I got there. It was horrible and creepy, not erotic.Dream analyst out there, anyone?
