andyw Posted November 25, 2004 Report Share Posted November 25, 2004 hello i heard about this site on "all in the mind" yesterday, on radio 4. i didn't realise so many people suffered with this condition. and the funny thing is, just knowing it's not so uncommon helps. since yesterday i've felt, well, maybe things aren't so bad. i feel more relaxed, a little more easy-going, on others and on myself. does anyone know what i mean ? anyway, it's a great site. i hope to chat to some of you in the future. andy (ps, i'm 36, live in southampton and like mini-cheddars.) :blink: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
