Hope you're ok Nat....just try to keep calm & focused.

Maybe go splash your face with warm or cold water...that used to interupt the cycle for me

Hi Sunshine.....how are you doing today? Hope you had a peaceful night xx Sometimes when i get panic attacks i find it useful to visualise something very peaceful....a garden for example.....and focus on the different textures,colours....even the smell.Might sound a bit daft but i've found it really helpful xx
