psyche bunny Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 Well done, I have a mate (male-who I think has bpd as well) and he is struggling with alchohol....it is a very difficult substance to give up (why is so easy to buy?) ....buy he is managing too......you can do it (same as my answa on thread bout giving up cigs) if you really want to....support of good mates helps too, are you getting any? have you told anyone what you are trying to do?
