Is there something type of hobby you can so to take your mind off it. What about watching a comedy or going for a nice walk. Or cooking something to eat. Hope you feel better. Betsy Posted January 11, 2005 Report Share Posted January 11, 2005 DD. LM is right these feeings change. Right now it feels like it is forever but inevitably they will go away. Of course it is hell while they are here. And Ginny is right anything you can do to distract yourself will eventually help. Try anything to help you get out of your own head and focus on something else... even for a few minutes. If you don't feel safe maybe you should call you mental health team or consider a few days in the hospital.
