Brekkie: Triple Berry Shredded Wheat with Alpro soy milk; a banana; chamomile tea. Lunch: Cullen Skink soup; sesame bun; chamomile tea Dinner/Tea/Whatever-you-wanna-call-it: Honey baked lamb with Chinese seasonings; Roast carrots, potatoes, onions with herbs; and Mayo rice; Vanilla cream and raspberry sponge cake for afters; a banana, traditional English tea. (After I removed the bits yuck! ) And for dinner I will have Air and milk again.... Anyone see this getting repetative? Damn, its boring and hungry stuff! Katherine Posted January 19, 2005 Report Share Posted January 19, 2005 Breakfast- 2 slices of marmite on toast, bowl of frosties, water Lunch (about 3pm!) - Bowl of pea and ham soup, strawberry greek yoghurt, water Dinner- (will be later!)- Have group at college tonight and I go and have my dinner over there, so it'll be - Sainsbury's Chicken and bacon sandwich, fruit juice and maybe some chocolate... Lunch: Peanut butter on toast, and chamomile tea Pre-Dinner Snack: Triple Berry shredded wheat, Alpro soy milk, a banana, and chamomile tea Dinner/Tea: Bangers and mash, brussel sprouts (Mmm...) with loads of gravy, the rest of the vanilla raspberry sponge cake thingy (1/3) with oodles of cream Bedtime Snack: Roast herbal chicken sandwich with cranberry sauce, 2 clementines, chamomile tea and 200mg Quetiapine I spend all that effort weaning myself off the horrendous X'mas diet, finally managing to get my gut working reasonably (as is conceivably possible within the diabolical workings of IBS), only to have my system grind to a halt again because I couldn't stay away from GI triggers for a mere couple of days...Bad girl, Charme, very bad... I really need to get my act together before things worsen, and I end up becoming incapacitated.
