I'm so glad I found this site, its been really helpful so far. I've been living with BPD since my early teens, I've never been happy taking antid's or comfortable with therapy. & although I've learned certain coping stragegies of my own, you can't beat being able to talk to other people that understand.Janu ^_^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
