I went to a lecture last month by a guest speaker on Transactional Analysis and this lady asked ask us to go around the room and introduce ourselves by giving our name and saying one thing about ourselves and we were all umming and arring over what to say bar a couple of people and she went on to talk about how that's an adult response... so my point is it must be a good thing!!
