No 1 I didnt sh when I was stressed out the other day I talked it over with someone instead

No 2. I have been out and about most days this week even when I felt crappy

No 3, I went to work- admittedly not for a long shift but I still went :lol:

No 4. I have been doing more housework, not a lot more but yeah some!

No 5. Have kept real clear boundaries with people this week, when they have been pushing me I have managed to say no stop I cant deal with this.

No 6. Im starting to redecorate my flat, I have done the bathroom so next is my bedroom!! yayyy its sooo cool!!

No 7. Im still taking my meds, engaging with services- usually I think no i dont need them anymore when Im more stable, now Im aware I do need my cpns input and I am planning things to do over the summer- which is a bad bad time for me- but this year it will not be bad, its going to be good!!!!

next week im gonna start working on my procrastination problem!!!

Thankyou!!

I also painted my bathrom today, cleaned out all my kitchen cabinets did loads of house work :D

Had a long bath to reward myself!! :lol:
