Tray Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 it sucks...didnt take me poxy sleepin tabs, cause been havin horrendus nightmares on them but too groggy when i wake in the middle of the nite to sort meself out... had a panic attack at 4am the other morning, but couldnt do anythin as i was so sleepybut now i AWAKEgood job i ay at work tomoz, or gota do anythin...oh n i cant get into chat either... bum! niceguy Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 chat's still not working.....yes i see the cross over, well i suppose theres a reason for that..... i share you enthuiazam in that department...I did a 'life course two years ago, so i know how the mind works, when it comes to button pushing. its all about mutual control i guess when it come to a relationship. a working parnership situation works best, then normality has a better chance - ie a workable relationship, no need for the attention seeking...if you see what i mean.but everybody need a bit of TLC sometimes, and theres nothing wrong with that! niceguy Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 blimey, your still up?I've been awake since 7.30 so i got about 4 hours, i feel fcukedi remember not so long ago i was up a straight 3 days running, needless to say my mental health suffered at the lack of sleep, i think it ended up in my arrest and escort the the local MHTwatch something funny on telly tonight then..., take 2 zoppy's half and hour before bed, brush your teeth and do everything you need to before the half hours up. be in bed within the half hour and if poss play some soothing music, like the chillout collection or sumthin....Thats all the advice i can give. i do hope you get some sleep soon.xx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
