OceanCarol Posted April 25, 2008 Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 I've had a pretty hard week this week, mostly dealing with myself and how I handled situations and my emotions, but I think I did a few good things.1 Went out to a festival and watched the entertainment, and went to see an old neighbor of mine.2 I talked to my counselor and told her I wasn't doing too well, she gave me some advice3 I was able to breathe a little bit easier, shoulders feeling lighter4 Feeling a little bit more comfortable here in the forums5 Put the wash away, walked on the trail and on the beach6 Swept, dusted and mopped (really well!)
