mrsperriwinkle Posted June 19, 2008 Report Share Posted June 19, 2008 I have been taking duloxetine for about three months, it was hell as I was getting use to taking them I was hot clammy and constantly feeling sick, after about three weeks of taking 60mg I began to hallucinate I would see black worms coming out of my skin, I have scratched myself untill I bleed, I was then reduced to30mg duloxetine in hopes of reducing the hallucinations no luck, I went to see my consultant phyciatrist yesterday and he has said stop the duloxatine as from today and he has prescribed citralopram 10mg I am concerned about the sudden change and was wondering if anyone has swaped meds this way and what side effects can I expect.
