 I saw my psyc today, couldnt say much. im doing ok i think and thats good..u know that balanced place that we want.

but i realised while i was sitting thier that my head was racing SOOOOOOOO fast it was unbelivable...

he asked me what i was thinking and i had NO answer at all, caus ei dont know.

he says i really need to try and work on getting in touch with my emotions, or realising what/when im feeling...how to NAME what im feeling.

thats so hard.

something is up he says?

I dont know to be honest, cause i dont know how to name it

its actaully really confusing.

i dont know...hmm....do i make any sense?

yes daisy you make a lot of sense. but that is what therapy will help you to do. get in touch and name what you are feeling. altho my mind lately has been racing so fast that i never completely think of anything... so that is what i told my t when he asked me.

so just be honest and your t should help you sort it all.

I was told (and it makes sense to me) that when asked

a question, we should try really hard not to think or say

"I don't know", because as soon as we do, we stop trying

to think. Does that make sense to you?

Daisy I know what you mean. SOmetimes my head seems to be in overdrive and it's just easier to say 'nothing' when asked what your thinking. Sometimes I just have 'feelings' rather than emotions that can be named or explained...??

Sorry if that makes no sense...
