Dose

just been upt on both of my meds can not sleep eat feel rubbish had my sleeper taken off me dont know how to sleep with out it any advice

Hey Lizzie,

If you have been taking a sleeping tablet for more than four weeks, it will take some time for your body and mind to adjust. You need a good bedtime routine, a warm bath, hot drink, no caffeine in the evenings, no smoking for a few hours before bed and a cool bedroom. Try and give yourself an hour or so before bed to wind down, maybe read for a while or listen to some relaxing music.

It does take effort to get a sleep routine back on track, but once you have achieved that you will feel so much better.
