My therapist managed to help so much, she has left me on diazepam, wasn't too happy about me missing school and told me to write this week off as a bad week and start afresh next week. My therapist is brilliant, the best I've ever seen and without her I wouldn't be functioning as well as I do. I often feel I connect with my T as she has made the effort to get to know me, as hard it is. I often shut down when therapists are involved but this one is great.
