I think its sad that you're respect and like for someone goes down because you found out they were convicted of possessing child porn.

I would expect a board of people with metal disorders to understand that people can't help the way they think. Yes its horrible and not legal but you can't condemn someone because they think differently to you!

The children who were abused in the making of the child porn would probably not agree with you either.

And, those images of them will be shown on the internet for years.. imagine how that must feel.

By buying the child porn, the people are supporting that abuse.

Having said that, I don't condemn the people for the way they think, its when they act on it (by buying the child porn) that is wrong.

My opinion was from the point of view too that we don't know in what forms this child porn was (and I don't think you should assume???)... could have been drawings that physically harmed no-one.

At the very beginning of this thread I felt your opinions came across as very niave and childish with regards to your limited knoweldge of the porn industry and child s/a. Perhaps the problem is not that you spoke your mind but that you just have not got the knowldege to hold a discussion about it.

That is no big deal, there are loads of threads I don't have a clue about. Perhaps concentrate your efforts somewhere there can be a positive conversation instead of getting upset in here.

I wanted to give my own thought and direction on the original post.

I used to like MJ in the early days, however not just because of alligations, but his journey as an adult, he in my words is a freak ( i do not use that word lightly, there is many people who are disfigured by birth and medical reasons, they are not freaks!)

My direction in this descussion is? what is talent? what and when is the line crossed that is not exceptible in society?

My thoughts is, entertainers is given to much money and status in todays society, this is partly fault of society not able to take the majority what standards we are set and let people with so called higher status a given right to think there faults are infact exceptiable or yes some cases is that when there faults can not be justified is they end up in the legal battle.

MJ, he crossed the line when he! thought it was right to have other peoples kids in his bed, it is right we can have our own kids and comfort them in a way. However MJ from what ever he projected himself as, he never or even tried to gain and work on his own managment of his way of being and thoughts. I don't care if he payed money to a certain cause, that was minute to the amount he was worth, even after the court case, they or him tried to project he was skint? lol come off it, he was skint in the sense, he could not proceed in the life style he was accustomed of, meaning trying to do whatever with his face, if he didnt have the money in first place, he or like many joe bloggs is you seek therapy, did he? no he used more money in constructing his face than what he gave to causes. If he was skint? he wouldn't have a house or have the ability to get treatment for his health probs, that is the reality which many people face everyday.

My work friend and boss and family was going to see him in concert, i laughed! are they going to bring him out in a wheelchair to dance in? lol sry but reality he wasn't up for the concerts, maybe like i got, get a flippen sick line lol, i mean, he broke somthing in his body? ok that was just showing him that err maybe his body aint up for it. So if skint? he wouldn't be in a position to hold concerts and all kind of crap, he wanted money and knew that he would have to get off his arse if he wanted to carry on with the life he wanted and came accustomed to. His children, fact is again society will pay and keep his children with the sales and records, i just hope that they use the money for therapy.

There is many entertainers, who is given to much money and again status and they cross the line.

brad pitt and angelina jolie, another example, again society fault, when was it ok to buy or adopt a kid and how many they have, this includes madonna and others, when in real terms to us joe bloggs can't and is conditioned in what standards we have to show to foster, adopt kids? These peeps called brad and jolie and others, they again provide many flaws in there own way, one they can't flippen hold a stable relationship! but they get these kids why? society and there money status. lol again yes in again minute way they will give money to certain causes, so flippen what? i am not interested in seeing them in africa, i would like to see these people deal with todays problems in there own country. In each country in the world, there is starving kids, abused, let loose for themselves to bring themselves up..

There is a lady from my area in aberdeenshire, she was caught with child porn, not by a a neighbour and that, but just to bring reality to where it is, The web or internet is very much watched, they watch for certain words in any form, coded or not, they pretty much have a grasp on what is downloaded and stuff. The thing is? depending on the nature of it and who, they will come down on you or will wait. This lady is now being prosicuted and her hard drive tooken away. If she had higher status and money? she could sweet talk and society will see in the judging, or infact as case is? no money, silently shitting bricks that her faults have been found.

You know what? its not the fact child porn is on the net, it is there still, because of stupid people. Many phedos, are infact smart, they learnt that the internet is not the soul way to go and make rings, because yes some still try to hide in the big wide web, but majority is still very much under ground, that is the danger. So from peeps like this lady? she got caught early, there is no excuse of child abuse, mental or pysical illnesses, i myself think that us humans are freaks of nature, but the thing is i have to acknowledge that we are organisms made up from species of nature.

I from my knowledge of animal understanding, is that not one specie abuses there off spring, if they did? they wouldn't be around. It is man made thinking we can do this, i laugh at guys who say *i am just following my natural insticts in shagging about* lol again male animals dont shag about to please themselves. it is the reverse, maybe some species have maybe two mates, but that can only happen when the female is ready and pretty much there is a dominant female of mature is the leader if another female is to come into matureness.

So the issue here, is society and man made belief that we can do what we want regardless. That is the true talent of humans, manipulation regardless if right or wrong.

So MJ and others who we gave them there status? they cross the line, i myself will not add or pay for there imput in my life.

Thanks for being honest Roses. I was really triggered by it and may have over reacted in the first place. I hate having to defend myself when getting an opinion out into the open. Seem we are not always entitled to one.

I spoke to a lot of VERY intelligent people tonight that know right from wrong about this and as I expected the response was similar to mine. Even from a friend that has been abused. I am very open minded and can't quite believe how people can voice such biased objections... step out of your own selfishness for a moment and look around you.
