Sometimes it's hard to appreciate just how much we achieve, we almost dismiss it out of hand. I know it's tough - I'll start the ball rolling....

  • I have passed my driving test and have been driving for about 17 years
  • I have lived abroad for 18 months (Ibiza for 12 of those!)
  • I was a police officer for 18 months and left because I wanted to
  • I work full time
  • I have my own place (albeit tiny)
  • I have friends
  • I got a C at AS Psychology in night school
  • I completed and passed "Introduction to Social Sciences" course which is 1/2 a year of a degree equivalent
  • I created the Excel forms we use for reporting every week at work
  • People think I'm a bit of an Excel guru
  • I lost 6 stone in 9 months and was a poster girl in my local city (through weight watchers and the gym) - and apart from the 10lbs from holiday I've maintained
  • I have a boyfriend who loves me - nutty as I am sometimes
  • My colleagues respect me
