Paula Posted March 11, 2005 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 having just come home from hospital, i am on semi sodium valproate (depakote) 250mg in the morning, 500mg at night, mirtazepine (zispin) 15mg at night, and Quetiapine (seroquel) 100mg morning and night. weird thing is, i keep passing out in the shower(????) obviously, i told the hopital this, and they said my blood pressure was normal and it will probably settle down! on monday they ended up taking me back to A and E because i hit my head when i passed out (lol) they keep saying i'm fine. maybe the medication is too much? i feel a lot better in my mood, but i dont want to keep passing out.. will talk to my psych on weds, but it is worrying me.. The seroquel can be quite sedating at first. the depakote shouldn't be doing that. bets.
