Ticket ID: -----(not putting in the actual number on here) Subject: A message I sent to Em and she said to submit a ticket Department: All other issues Priority: High Status: Open You can check the status or reply to this ticket online at: http://www.bpdworld.org/helpdesk/ Please do let us know if we can assist you any further, bpdworld ---------------- however, i cannot even check the status or reply because i'm getting the following error message when i click on the above link ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. so now what am i supposed to do?????
