Aneurysm
Well I made some new friends the other night, which is great in itself, but I was a bit worried as usual about when to mention the BPD thing. In the end, it came out itself, partly because I never really know when to shut my trap, and I'd had a few lines - which makes me even more bigmouthed - and they were just like, "Ok cool, we've got another friend who's borderline anyway, and she's awesome" And I was just...wow. Not only had they heard of it, they had prior experience, and they carried on treating me like a normal person too Feeling nice and validated now, something to boast about to my DBT therapist later. Villan
Yay.... It's so lovely to read about peoples positive experiences here.... Fantastic that you have found some new friends who are so accepting of you... Gives the rest of us positive hope that there are those out there that understand the shit we go through and love us still despite our "wierd moments"... Just got to go find some myself... xxxxxxxxxxx
