I'm one of the other inside personalityes who is currently out and about. N E way since I observe this stuff happening and see it from an inside perspective, it's like she HAS to do it! She's so pent up with anger, hate, rage, and self destructive feelings that they only way she finds relief is to SH. She hates me, so not sure what, if anything I can do to help. I just hate that we hadn't SH'ed since September of last year, almost a full year, and now it's happened again. Feel powerles sto stop it. Michael. Rael Posted August 31, 2009 Report Share Posted August 31, 2009 im sorry that she sh'd i know it must feel frustrating after so long but in the end theres nothing you can do to change it now. i wish i could think of a way to help her not want to do that, i understand the anger and it hurts and i dont know how she feels it but when i get it i struggle to keep control and sometimes dont know what i am doing until its too late. hope you are all ok xxx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
