santi Posted September 5, 2009 Report Share Posted September 5, 2009 Hi all Im due to enter into a theraputic community which is a 3 year therapy course, 1st year is one day a week, 2nd year is 3 days a week group phsycotherapy, and the 3rd year is one to ones. Im just curious if anyone els has tried this before and if it is any good, I dont really no what to expect!! All ive been told is that I have got to be completly honest at all times and not hold anything back, and if I dont put my all into it to attack hard issues I will be kicked off the cours coz its all about learning to trust, bit scared!! granite Posted September 6, 2009 Report Share Posted September 6, 2009 is this a live in community or an out patient kind of thing i was in a live in group home and we lived thare with others and had therapy everyday and individual therapy 3 times a week.councelers with us 24/7 to get us thuough the days .if this is what you are talking about let me know pm me and ill tell you what it was all bout for me.if your intrested Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
